Since Wylie has been walking, one of his favorite things to do is to get outside! Lucky for us, we enjoy the outdoors too. This Saturday, we spent the afternoon at Garfield Park- notice Wylie hugging the post! This is where he shouted, "BALL!!!!!", and took off for the post and gave it a squeeze. Gotta love this boy!!
So far, his words are still pretty heavily focused on the "B's", but has included Dad and Mom (about time, right?!!!), Kitty, Keys, Bike, Book, Down (to get off the couch, the bed, or his crib!), uh-oh (my personal favorite) and "VROOOOMMMM" for his cars and the motorcycle. We enjoy each and every word he comes up with- and have loved having a way to communicate with him through yeses (is that how you spell that?) and no's. Not surprisingly, he often says "no" to going inside, or being strapped into his car seat:)
