My sister, Melissa, just sent me her Christmas pictures to share on the blog. I LOVE these! As you probably know, Melissa is pregnant as well, due March 29th with our nephew, Alex Junior, or "AJ".
Moline, IL, where they live tends to get VERY cold and snowy, so Grandpa Grrr (what my niece Maddie calls Bob and my Mom!) had a lot of shoveling work to do, before he rested in his new Hawkeye blanket!
Also pictured, my mom, or Grandma Grrr teaches Maddie how to knit, and they knitted baby blankets for our trio of newborns on the way!
Melissa opens our presents for AJ. When we were younger, Melissa and I shared a love of horses and horseback riding, and she taught me many of her skills! We thought a giddy-up theme was appropriate for baby AJ:) Melissa has never looked more beautiful- goes to show there is a glow to pregnancy:)
Last but not least, Maddie and Alex take an afternoon siesta! Christmas will wear you out!
