One of our long-overdue posts for the summer was a wonderful trip to St. George Island, Florida. We spent a week applying sunblock, building sandcastles, catching sand crabs, and eating wonderful seafood. Not a bad way to spend a week, right? Add in Dad and Patti, Jeff and Tennelle (and Addy!), and it made for an awesome way to spend a vacation.
St. George Island is Dad and Patti's favorite destination, and we have joined in for the last three years. What a blessing!
I like to tell people that the beach is the only place that vacation with a toddler is less work than real life. Bathing suits, sunblock, and beach food- and tired babies at the end of the day!
