A little Wylie update!
He was officially four weeks old yesterday, but Adam wants you to know that it is not the same as "one month old", which he will be tomorrow...
Anyways, we went to his four week check-up today, and he's doing great! He's gained one pound and eight ounces since our last visit, so he's up to 9 pounds 8 ounces. Proof that he is certainly an eating machine. The doctor said he was VERY alert and VERY strong for his age. It almost sounds silly, but we were so proud of him at our visit- we love showing him off:)
This weekend Mom and Bob visited, and it was the first time that Wylie had a babysitter, and spent the afternoon with Grandma Mombo. About fifteen minutes after we dropped him off, we couldn't believe that we missed him already. It's amazing how one little nine pound human can shake your entire world upside down. I'll post his official "one month" picture tomorrow on his Aunt Pam blanket.
The pictures are of his official three week shot (he's growing SO fast) and of a nap he had on the bed while I put away clothes. As soon as he fell asleep, Comiskey decided to take a snooze next to Wylie, and when Gredel decided to join in, Wylie spontaneously hit Grendel in the face. I was amazed to catch the picture! Dismayed, Grendel took it as a sign that it was time to get in his crate:(

I would like to set a date to see Wylie. I was thinking not this Saturday, but next. So, Saturday the 30th at 1:00? Email me and let me know!
